Not only does Cindy deliver what she promises, she brings so much added value to her role through her ability to critically analyse a situation and apply her creative problem-solving skills, along with her years of experience, to suggest new approaches that are often vastly superior to the “business as usual” approach trap that people often fall into. Cindy listens and hears what is needed and wanted meaning that I never feel pressured to do things in a way that I am not comfortable with. Furthermore, I trust Cindy.  She is reliable, diligent, and dynamic and her integrity in everything that she has done for me over all of these years.
